Artichoke-Garlic-Cheesy-Bread from the Gillroy Garlic Festival

-1 loaf/flute Sourdough or French bread…Cut in half length-way and scoop out bread…set shells aside.

In a large skillet mix:

-melt 1 stick of butter

-12 cloves of Garlic

-1 tbsp. Sesame seeds

-Next, brown Breadcrumbs in skillet and absorb all the butter and above ingredients.  Set aside.

 

-Now you need to mix together:

-2 cups Sour-Cream….( “Daisy” brand works the best).

-1 Lb. Monterrey Jack cheese, cubed

-1\4 cup Romano Cheese/Parmesan Cheese

-1 tbsp. Lemon Pepper

-1 can drained Artichoke Hearts, chopped.

 -Mix all the above ingredients together including the buttered bread crumbs and place back into the Bread shells.

 -Sprinkle shredded Cheddar Cheese on top.

 -Place bread on cookie-sheets and bake 1\2 hour at 350.
